We offer a 15-day satisfaction guarantee for our courses and programs. If, within the first 30 days of enrollment, you are dissatisfied with the course for any reason, we will provide a full refund of the fee.

Course Cancellation or Modification:

In the rare event that Skill Stream cancels a course or makes significant modifications, participants will be entitled to a full refund. We will communicate any changes well in advance to minimize inconvenience.

Refund Requests:

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at think@thinkster.in within the stipulated refund period. Include your full name, course details, and the reason for your refund request. Our team will assist you promptly.

Refund Processing Time:Refunds will be processed within 45 business days of the approval of your request. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your financial institution.

Transfers and Credits:

Skill Stream may offer the option to transfer enrollment to another course or provide credit for future programs in certain cases. Contact our support team for more information.

By enrolling in Skill Stream courses, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this refund policy. Skill Stream reserves the right to update or modify this policy at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated through our official channels.
